For over 25 years Mazen Nouneh has been a serial sales and marketing intrapreneur of wide experience in sales, marketing, team management, organization development & strategy mainly in the fine jewelry segment and Bussines Consulting. He held the position of Vice President Operation in Swarovski managing all the sales and marketing operation activities in the Middle East region and Europe from 2001 till 2021 which enable him to gather a Consummate experience in both B2B & B2C business, including visual merchandising, communications & the business regional management.
Adding up to his academic mechanical Engineering background and his previous jewellery production experience in Saudi Arabia at Al Sowyan Gold Factory holding the production manager position from 1996 till 2001 giving him the deep Acknowledgment for all insights of the jewelry industry throughout the entire value chain starting from jewellery production, to the retail sales.
